Refund policy

We are a customer-first company, and we strive to provide the best quality products with a seamless experience for you. Still, sometimes things happen, so if there's anything wrong with the item you have received, we will do our best to fix it and be satisfied.

If you want to return the item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the order at lahcuw@gmail.com. If you have discovered our fault, please take pictures of the defected, or wrong case sent to you and attach them to the initial email with an explanation.

WARNING: Personalized products are one of a kind and have been manufactured only for you. Therefore we can not exchange or refund any customized products under any circumstances unless the product has a manufacturer's defect.

Please contact us before returning any item. Refunds require prior contact and, for defective items, a description of the quality issue.

Reimbursement of funds is allocated back to the original form of payment used for purchase and usually takes 1-3 business days.

Please consider that all shipping expenses for returning items remain the responsibility of the customer when items are returned for reasons not attributable to Iflydor. However, Iflydor will cover all shipping expenses when items are returned due to defects or wrong items being sent.

We are pleased to announce that we have an exception for one of our product categories - Phone Case. Choosing the right phone case can be tricky. That's why we offer free returns for all of our phone case products.

If you're not thrilled with your new phone case—don't panic. Simply contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your Iflydor phone case.

They'll supply you with a returns slip and instructions for sending back the product. Free of charge!

We want you to find the perfect phone case for your unique face. So, feel free to explore our phone case line, knowing you can return them easily if needed.

The returned product must not be used and should be sent to us in its original packaging.

Please write “RETURNED ITEM” on the packaging so that certain misunderstandings could be avoided.
